Who we are

Premier Orthopaedic Associates is a medical practice founded in 1998 by Thomas A. Dwyer, MD with the intention of providing a higher level of Orthopaedic care to patients in South Jersey.  The specialists at Premier provide some of the highest quality orthopaedic care available in our region. We work hard everyday to improve patient care in a convenient and comfortable environment. Our surgeons are trained at top institutions, with specialized fellowship training in their unique fields. Premier provides specialists focused on Sports Medicine, Spine Surgery, Hand and Wrist Care, Joint Replacement, Foot and Ankle Care and Pain Management. Our surgeons are focused on providing each patient with every option available to help them get back to living their lives comfortably and pain free.
