Dr. Mariani specializes in conservative and interventional pain management. She performs Electrodiagnostic testing to diagnose radiculopathies (pinched nerves in the back and neck), compression neuropathies, and peripheral neuropathies.
Dr. Mariani is a member of American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, North American Spine Society and certified in Medical Acupuncture. Dr. Mariani specializes in conservative and interventional management of pain. She provides individualized, comprehensive musculoskeletal care focusing on the diagnosis and non-operative treatment of back and neck pain, muscle and nerve injuries through the use of injections, medical medication management, and an appropriate physical therapy program.
Dr. Mariani believes in a holistic approach and her individualized treatments are focused on decreasing pain, restoring function and improving the quality of her patient's lives. Her acupuncture skills allow her to help patients with symptoms related to acute and chronic pain such as anxiety, difficulty sleeping and decreased energy levels.
