What is golfer’s elbow?
Golfer's Elbow is an overuse injury that affects the tendons on the inner side of the elbow, near the bony bump called the medial epicondyle. Despite its name, this condition isn't exclusive to golfers; it can occur in anyone who engages in repetitive gripping or wrist flexion activities. Common causes include sports such as golf, tennis, and weightlifting, as well as occupational tasks that involve repetitive hand movements.
